Refund policy

Please note that due to increasing economic changes, our return and exchange policy has been modified. Thank you for your understanding!

Return Policy: We accept returns within 21 days of the purchase date.  Please include a copy of your purchase invoice. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned or cancelled orders. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange:

1) Please send an email to customerservice@asao.gmail.com.

2) In the body of the email, please include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This is your SparringGearSet.com order number. 

3) Include the reason for the return or exchange, including corrected or updated sizing, color, etc.

4) Given the low margins our company operates on, shipping and handling are non-refundable.

5) All items returned or exchanged must be safely packed and include any accompanying items.  Please note that refunds and exchanges are not accepted for customized, used, or worn items.

6) For returns, a restocking fee of 15% is charged.

7)  You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks, although most cases are settled more promptly, especially if the returned items are sent and received quickly.
