Return Policy: We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please include a copy of your purchase invoice.  A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned or cancelled orders.  Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable unless there was a mistake on our part concerning the item shipped.  Shipping costs for replacement items should there ever be a mistake on our end will NOT be charged.  

To Request a return or exchange:

1) Please send an email to, our customer service representative.

2) In the body of the email, please include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This is simply your order number. 

3) Include the reason for the return or exchange, including corrected or updated sizing, color, etc..  

4) Given the low margins our company operates on, Shipping and Handling is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our part concerning the item(s) shipped (wrong color, wrong size, etc.).  In these cases, you will not be charged for any additional items shipped or needed to be returned.  

5) All items returned or exchanged must be safely packed and include any accompanying items.  Please note that refunds and exchanges are not accepted for customized and used or worn items.

6) For returns, a restocking fee of 15% is charged.

7)  You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks, although most cases are settled more promptly, especially if the returned items are sent and received quickly.
