Bushido, a Japanese Code of Conduct and a way of life for samurai, means "The way of the warrior". This sword has been created to honor that code and the ideal of Honor for the one whom holds this sword. The elegant 27 inch 440 stainless steel blade that is equipped to this sword has the samurai code "Honor" laser etched into it. The handle is a black cord wrap as is the sageo (wrap around the scabbard), and cast metal has been used for the pommel and tsuba (guard). The tsuba has been done in black in a cyclone pattern. The saya (scabbard) is matte black with the Bushido code "Honor" hand carved into it. The blade collar and end cap have been molded and engraved with a Bushido inscription. Comes with a collector hang tag and packaging.. 41 1/2 inches overall in length.
